This freaking story man!!! It ends on another cliffhanger & I am DYING for part three. Salivating if you will.

I absolutely loved watching Dev & Rowan navigate this dynamic, the level of care between them became more evident the more Rowan stood up for Dev with her family, especially her sister.

In book #1, Dev's ex-bf cheated on her - I am absolutely THRILLED at who he cheated on her with. I KNEW IT. I KNEW IT. I got the giggles & kicked my feet I was so happy. Sure, it sucks that the relationship ended in that way BUT give me the drama, the sorrow, the tears. I live for it.

This is the second book in the series between Rowen and Devyn and it was a super fast and cute read. In the first book I wasn't sure if I hated Rowen or Devyn more but in this one it was clear to me that it was the self indulged Devyn, I mean sure she got a raw deal from her family but damn. Laine did a pretty good job of continuing to develop the characters and their stories but I did feel I was missing something that I wasn't missing in the first book, that could simply be due to the fact that the book is short. Overall I really d the book and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, easy, and sexy read who enjoys enemies to lovers tropes. Ashley15

This is book two with Devyn and Rowan. I made it clear in my review for the first book how much I loved this couple. They are by far the worst communicators in the world. However, all the misunderstandings and unspoken words are truly why you root so hard. I just want them to get it together for both their hearts' sake. There is one more book coming that I will be reading the second it comes available. However, let it be known that Laine Watson and I are fighting if she gives me a third cliffhanger. That being said definitely recommend if you enjoyed the first one. I think this one is even better. Cindie Wenger1,045 3

Wow, just wow! Even though Devyn and Rowan’s story has been very good so far I am totally aggravated. The blurb let you to believe that this was the last book for Devyn and Rowan. It is not! And now, it’s six months before we find out the end, maybe unless the author Does yet another cliffhanger. I really enjoy both of the main characters even though they have issues of their own. Evelyn on the other hand should just be gagged. it’s very sad That her parents allow her to get away with such behavior. Lucas and April are just a piece of work. They are a tacky lowlife pair. I feel truly bad at this point for Rowan and Devyn. Laura Carter40
