I had a Free Copies of these four books, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion.
Aira's Christmas Wish
Kendra hears her former love’s voice on the radio, and sees him in her daughter’s eyes. She’s having a hard time making ends meet when Jacob comes back into her life. All her daughter wants for Christmas is for her mom to sing to her again. The plot of this book includes issues of trust, and forgiveness, plus dealing with lies. Definitely a heartwarming story.
Christmas with a Recluse
Charley was sent by her father to appraise a mansion of antiques, but the job is actually cleaning out a garage for recluse, Alexander who is still mourning the loss of his wife and is not usually good tempered. The plot features overcoming grief and loss. An interesting book with humor and romantic veins.
Cupcakes and Kisses
Candice is trapped in an elevator with Liam Russell on her way to deliver cupcakes for his office Christmas Party. While they are trapped, sparks fly between them. This novella includes themes of forgiveness and acceptance. Definitely a touching story.
Her Fake Christmas Date
Jennifer uses an old friend and neighbor as an excuse not to go on a blind date her mother set up for her. She doesn’t realize he has secretly been in love with her for years. Great story about a second chance at love. Nicole Normand1,659 28

I found this book for free on Amazon via Freebooksy; this is my honest review. Average 4 stars
#1 Aria’s Christmas Wish 3.5 stars. Hard subjects for romcom (abandonment, single parenting, etc.). Everyone is manipulated by both the granddaughter and the grandmother. Aria is a real brat and can't take a no, was never told no either. What 5 y.o. knows that freezers are great to not lose food? Not my favorite; didn't appeal to me.
#2 Christmas with the Recluse 4.5 stars. I thought Dorothy was out of line and it's nobody's business how someone deals with grief. Again, hard subjects for romcom (bullying, suicide, etc.). LMAO typo: "for each major month of the year"; what month is not major??? What other kind is there?
#3 Her Fake Christmas Date 3 stars. Too many clichés in one tiny story. Cheesy. She's shallow; he's a carpet. She cries. A lot.
#4 Cupcakes and Kisses 5 stars. Cute, lovely. Drama doesn't last 24 hours. A little bit of faith stuff.2023-bought 2023-total Snickerfritz222 1 follower

Interesting stories

The only issue I have with this collection is that it is a bit formulaic. Ultra rich man meets financially struggling woman, OR the former love of his life. The two spend the rest of the book fighting their mutual
attraction for one of two reasons, one feels vastly inferior to the other, or the two are so deeply afraid of being hurt again, a relationship is impossible. I love the clean writing and the happy endings, it just feels a written version of a Hallmark movie. Michaela3,135 33

I loved this sweet second chance romance. It had an adorable little girl, a music star, and Christmas moments.

Christmas with the Recluse
I enjoyed this grumpy Christmas romance. I loved the banter and fun. There was some heavy realness too.

Her Fake Christmas Date
This was a nice reconnecting romance. It had some sweet Christmassy moments to snuggle up with on these cold, frigid days.

Cupcakes and Kisses
This was a fun forced proximity romance. There were some interesting aspects and an unexpected resolution.
