A wonderful read, great charaters and a wonderfully written scenario you’ll enjoy
This is a simply wonderful read as we are once again introduced to the matchmaker Gerry Wilder and then to a man who has discovered that this beautiful human is his Mate, however Mason has realised that Jane has no interest in him no matter how charming and wonderful he believes himself to be so decides to use an alternative route.
Jane Williams who is the owner of Sweet Treats is simply something out of this world and even though she had been completely put off men after her divorce she found his mate to be totally beyond his comprehension. A female that had not found him at all attractive and then as she ignored him it seemed that he was going to introduce her to his wolf, she believes that he is a dog and calls him Sam.
As they start to get to know each other and go on their first date it seems that his past has decide to rear its head and attack not just his new pack but also his mate and he is not aware of the danger they face from his past Alpha and even his father who is in fact carrying the same dream weaver gift he has but had hidden it.
When the couple are brought together and the two are now mated and they are part of the same whole, she is his and he is hers and the they could not live without each other, when the mated and he passed on his gift of being a wolf it also brought her in the Pack as the Alpha’s mate and she finally felt as though she had found her home.
This has been a wonderful series and we have watched as Gerri Wilder has brought together so many shifters with their mates, the gift she has as well as being a wolf shifter has always been a wonder to those that know her and this story is no different.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

He wants his mate and hires Gerri to find her. He's just cocky enough to think pointing him in her direction is all it will take. Not as easy as he thinks. She's lived through a nasty divorce from a jerk (and that's being polite) She made a promise to herself never to get involved with a man again. While she didn't specify, that included shifter males.

Mason was confident he could get any woman. While she may have been interested, she wasn't giving in to him. Would he be able to change her mind? Then there were his enemies. If he did convince her would he be able to protect her from old enemies?

Quite a change from the author's other works in this series and I was hooked. She may not have known much about shifters but she tried--unsuccessfully--to fight the human part of him. The enemy was also a unique part of this series. I dare you to try and put it down without finishing it. So good!

Plenty of steam, enemies galore, unexpected characters he'll depend on, and Gerri is her usual right on it finding the true mate. Robin31

I hated this book. Normally romantic books this one are my guilty pleasure. But it made me furious. The main character is someone who is perfectly happy with her single life and yet her friends try to set her up - against her wishes. Maybe it’s because it hit too close to home but there’s nothing wrong with NOT WANTING A MAN. And then of course the bull of the story is that “she’s afraid” of being hurt. Of course, because we know that women have to be tied down to be happy. Give me a break. What makes me hate it more is that the man in the story is a stalker who doesn’t have a sense of boundaries and apparently that’s supposed to be sexy. Alpha Mason has a special gift that he has not used in twenty years he doesn't use it on anyone but his mate when he finally sees her and yes Gerri is matchmaking once again. Her friend Janeis in the bakery business and told Gerri on numerous occasions she has no desire for another man in her life she thinks. Loved Mason and Jane’s story. I totally get Jane’s not wanting to let another man in her life after her douche canoe of an ex husband made her life heck on earth. Mason being a shifter didn’t make a difference, until his past caught up to them and nearly ends her life before they have a chance to begin. Great story, characters, sexy snark and lots of heat !! It is so hard to believe that I am still reading this series, I mean the longest series before this was a 14-book series. I never thought I would still be reading this series after all this time. However, even after all the stories so far this author still manages to give us a new one every time. Jane and Mason are the new couple in the hot seat and I loved them. Mason is alpha and meets his mate in a shop she owns but nothing goes to plan because after janes divorce she not interested in dating and especially isn’t interested in Mason.
Mason goes to extreme lengths to get to know Jane but I love the twist in this.

I love all of Gerri Wilder's matches, but this one was really great. The heroine is strong and stubbornly avoiding love. The hero is strong, humbly arrogant and a handsome wolf. The wolf does the wooing in this romance. It almost gets him neutered and chipped! The real message of this story is acceptance. Honor finds a way, eventually. Joanne1,007

This one all the other PDA books will keep you on your toes quite a bit of drama misunderstandings secrets. She does not want a man in her life controlling her. He can be arrogant. He lets his wolf visit her. She thinks he is a lost dog. I love his reaction to her suggesting removing his dangly pits.

Loved this Story

I d this book so much more then the last 2. Mason was needing help from Gerri. Gerri knew the right person was Jane but she have to play it right. When Mason met Jane he was thrown for a loop. The will is strong but the subconscious does not lie and Mason is willing and able to show her what's she's missing even if it's in her dreams.
