I enjoyed this thrilling roller coaster ride through three continents, and the slow reveal of a much more involved and nefarious plot compared to Knight's original assignment. Add in an accidental but -minded partner in this race against time, and I was left at the edge of my seat throughout.

I'm usually cautious about starting a series a book or more in, but not in the case of Skyfire. I had no problem getting to know Adam Knight and get straight into the action without needing the full back story from volume 1. Kudos to Sam Cogley for allowing readers to jump right in!

With that said, I've purchased Shadow Operative since Skyfire proved to me this up and coming series is worth getting caught up on. Looking forward to volume 3 and beyond!

Despite not having read the first book, I enjoyed this novel by Sam Cogley. I found the plot thrilling, suspenseful, and well-written. The main character, Adam Knight, felt three-dimensional, avoiding the stereotypical and one-note qualities often found in action-driven storylines. This novel had a great mix of both plot and character development. I plan to read the first book to understand more of this character's backstory since character development is just as important to me as the plot. Easy 5 stars. Holly151 2

What a fantastic read. This was a book i couldn’t put down. An action packed roller coaster ride that leaves you breathless. Knight is one of the best heroes yet, with a conscience to do what’s right driving him, he puts it all on the line to stop the evil before it hurts more innocent lives. I loved it. Must read!.

Love the character, Adam Knight. Love his attitude, thinking and resolve. Great how the descriptive narrative by the Author puts you there from the Prologue. Couldn't put it down as wanted to know what happens next. Looking forward to reading the next chapter in the life of the Protagonist. Kira200

This is a great Thriller novel I really enjoyed this book it is a well written page turner I very much enjoy this book.
