While I d the story, Jake despite the claim of not being a god, is, at the end of this book is as close to one as a being can get. The fact that he can at a whim and apparently no detriment to him, even turn back time to save people from death—even his enemies makes him just too unrealistic a person to make him relatable. Nobody is that good of a person. He is disgustingly altruistic making him look more a boy scout than Superman. It was a lot more believable when he overextended himself and needed time to recover but by the end of the book, even altering reality to fix two problems at once are without consequences. This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.Show full review Michael Jackson306 1 follower

Oooooo

Well what can i say builds on the first book, you get lovey snuggles and harsh reality with idiots doing what idiots do when threatened by the status quo, all in a page turner of whats going to happen next i will just read the next chapter and go to sleep but the next and the next etc. Caroline12 2

Can't wait for #3

Really enjoyed the 1st 2 books in this new series and can't wait to see what happens between these 2 relatives in the books to follow. I hope there is more interaction with both sets of parents in future books. Michael Burnett1,001 4
