GOOD JOB, LITTLE RABBIT
The story is the first in the Spartan Watchman MC which is a spinoff from the Veterans of Valhalla. There will be characters from Veterans of Valhalla in this book. The two main characters are Lucky and Trinity. They had met and interacted at The Citadel. This story is where they decided to take their relationship further, exclusive.
Trinity is a divorced woman with two adult daughters. Her cheating husband left her, remarried his secretary, and started a new family. She went to college, got her degree, came up with a business plan, and settled in Grand Ridge, Colorado. She is the proud owner of Day and Night, a coffee shop/bookstore/wine bar.
Lucky is a retired Delta Forces Operator who is now president of the Spartan Watchmen MC. The men, and one woman, are all former military. While they are no longer on foreign soil, dealing with the enemy, it hasnt stopped their need to do the same on American soil. They are determined to keep the drugs out of Grand Ridge.
The story has the good, the bad, and the evil of people. The night that Lucky takes Trinity to the club to meet the others, an emergency will have him, and many others leaving on a case to rescue one of their brothers girl. Being away from Trinity for a week leaves her on edge, and not being used to the situation, she doesnt handle it too wellbut thats okay because Daddy knows how to deal with naughty girls.
The story has mystery, suspense, kidnapping, life and death danger, and romance. I how Lucky and Trinity sit down and talk about what they each expect out of the relationship, come up with a safeword, and have a verbal contract. They have played at The Citadel during Little Night and are comfortable with one another. Both are ready to take their relationship further. They will also have to work around a danger, one that affects Trinity and her workplace. The two main characters are both older adults, in their late fifties, and know what they want.

First book one of two-part series, Veterans of Valhalla continuation with captivating read
This is a very interesting read and it was wonderful to read about characters that had been in previous book, the main characters are Lucky and Trinity and they met and interacted at The Citadel and they are building on their relationship.
Trinity is divorced with her two daughters grown and living their own lives, she has started her own bookstore/café known as Day and Night which is a popular spot. Lucky is a Dela Force Agent that is retired, always watching he is aware that there are enemies on home territory.
Determined to keep the flood of drugs out of their town they become friends and Lucky takes Trinity to his club to meet his friends, they are all preparing to rescue one of their brothers girls. Being away from Trinity for a week leaves her on very out of sorts.
This story is full of intrigue, mystery, suspense and kidnapping where life and death are a constant battle to ensure that love and romance is allowed to thrive within a world where each individual knows the importance of safe words and agreed contracts allowing them to play safely.
Trinity: Ive never had a real-life Daddy; Ive only roleplayed at The Citadel, this has made such a great difference to her security and to the safety she feels under Luckys guidance and sexually she has learned to be happy and to ask for what she needs.
I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all their wonderful writing.

First I have to say if you find the DDlg aspect offensive, take a pass on this book.
Next, there is so much more to the story than Lucky and Trinity's relationship. It is an integral part of the story, but the Spartans mission is equally important. The Spartan Watchmen is group of ex special forces men that includes Kylie (who is also ex special forces) and they are as protective of their town, their member, and significant others as the Veterans of Valhalla.
There is suspense, mystery, danger, and action in this book. I d how it was emphasized that the Spartans planned and fought with a certain level of coordination. I also thought it was kind of awesome that Lucky and Trinity were in their mid to late 50's.
I did have an issue with a couple of transitions moving to the next chapter. For example, at the end of one chapter, Lucky was buckling Trinity's seatbelt for her to go visit Delilah. The next page, (new chapter), Lucky was telling Trinity she was safe. What happened between getting in the car and her being back at home?
On a different occasion, something happened that I thought was significant. Yet, there was no explanation regarding who did it or when they did it? I wanted to know who and why.
I would give this 3.5 stars. If I didn't have lingering questions, I would kick up the rating.

I was so excited to be involved back in the RJ's world We have all grown to love.
This new series is the Spartan Watchmen. We got a few teasers of the President, Lucky, but this is finally his story. He is a veteran, a MC pres, and a Daddy dom.
He has been taken by little, divorced, older, starting a new life Trinity. She has had a struggle getting her game back after her life fell to pieces a few year prior. She finally has friends, a place to call her own business, and friends in the DDLG community to support her.
I adored this story. It had romance, steam, spice, action, heart, and real emotions. You can't help but dive headfirst into this story. Lucky has his reasons for being toughened, but he never lets that stop from showing Trinity his care and affection.
There is a older couple story line here, but to be honest....it barely even registers. Its not at all what defines these two. It makes you see you can fall and get back up at any age, and you are NEVER told old for love and a little...extra!
You won't be disappointed in this new series. I found myself burning through it at record speed. Amber71 4
Trinity is a middle-aged divorcee who meets Lucky while exploring her Little at a club in town called The Citadel, a club that allows any gender, sexuality to explore their kinks. Trinity is also starting over in a new town and opens her own book store, coffee shop, wine shop - a mixture of her 3 favorite things - called Day & Night.
While her dreams come true with Lucky asking her to be his Little, unfortunately, Luckys past comes back to haunt him and Trinity. His involvement with a vigilante group brings revenge on his motorcycle club, and his enemies strike where it hurts most, the women - particularly, Trinity.
Lucky may not be a lengthy book, but the plot is enticing, the education on the DDLG kink is covered well, the spice is a good level for the storyline, and the side characters introduced having me looking forward to many books to come, especially Irish.
I will be very honest. I went into this not understanding exactly what a Daddy Dom was. Then, I had to Google the Daddy Dom Little Girl kink/dynamic. Even after realizing this kink is not my cup of tea, I wanted to continue reading the book. Im the type to but yuck someone elses yum. Plus, the plot was too good to stop reading.

Although I enjoyed this story, I just wish there had been more about Lucky and Trinity, who had apparently already met at The Citadel. While their DDLG relationship is only made official in this first book of the series, I had the feeling we had already missed a lot. There was a strong connection between Lucky and Trinity when this story opens, though I dont think Trinity realized what being with the President of the Spartan Watchmen would entail. Trinitys new life becomes apparent as soon as Lucky gets called away without any explanation and his response to her recriminations as soon as he gets back is probably the best scene in the book. I think Im getting used to RJs books being more action than romance, and there is lots of that with rival clubs trying to muscle in on the Spartans turf. A betrayal close to home sends the MC into turmoil, with a target on everyones back. But when the focus shifts to the woman Lucky cant live without, thats a declaration of war.

This is Book 1 of Spartan Watchmen MC. It is a stand-alone age-play DDLG.
What a great way to start the series off!
Lucky and Trinity already have been seeing each other at The Citadel a BDSM club in town.
Trinity's opening a new business Day & Nighta coffee shop, wine bar and bookstore all in one.
She's getting her feet under her after a divorce.
Lucky the president of The Watchmen MC club in Grand Ridge.
Lucky knows she is his Little Girl. He convinces Trinity to take a chance on him and their relationship.
You have a great storyline as they navigate their relationship add in a little danger from a rival motorcycle gang, a bunch of spice and of course some spanking and you have a great start to this awesome series.
Great book, fantastic read and I highly recommend reading this one.

While I loved the Valhalla series, I was slightly disappointed as this book starts with a relationship already in progress between Lucky and Trinity. I would have d it more to see it develop from the beginning. It is still a good story featuring mature characters in their fifties and finding a love that works for their particular kink. After getting divorced, Trinity is finally asserting herself with obtaining an MBA and starting her own business. She still makes it a point to let her little come out to play. Unfortunately, Lucky and his club are involved in dangerous situations that puts Trinity at risk. This series seems it will heavily feature the ddlg lifestyle, which may not be for everyone. However, it is a sweet romance, with danger and suspense testing them along the way. Laura Moylan704
Ive been waiting for this book! Lucky is the leader of the Spartans MC. Some of the Valhalla guys are in it. A lot of stuff happens in this book. Trinity is besties with Delilah. Trin has been going to the Citadel and she is a little and her daddy Dom short term was Lucky. Things happen when she opens up her coffee/wine bar/ and bookstore- Day & Night. I love the concept! Id probably never leave there! Lol. Finally, Lucky and Trin talk and become an item. I squeed so loud, I woke up my dad from his nap, lol.
Everything is going well until another MC tries to move drugs in and there are other problems that have been piling up in the previous books that now come to be a problem that needs to be dealed with now. I cant wait to read the next book!.

Trinity and Lucky make sparks fly!
This is a hot new spinoff of the Veterans of Valhalla series and it is starting off with a bang! The stories in this series are shorter but it didn't feel shorter. It felt complete and captivating. Ms. Gray packed so much intensity and emotion into this story. Trinity and Lucky are an older couple who have a chance for the relationship they have both dreamed about. I love the way the author weaves some very sweet moments in with aspects of danger and evil. It is very well written and the character development is very good. Lucky knows what he wants and patiently shows Trinity that he will be a solid rock for her and give her the life she desires. I love the author's portrayal of these older characters and the fact that you are never too old to find your true happy ever after. Toni L1,836 2
3.5*
This is book 1 in a new series, which is a spinoff of the Veterans of Valhalla series and while this novella can be read standalone, there is a lot of character overlap from Valhalla.
I enjoyed the story of Lucky, head of the MC and his relationship with his Little Rabbit, Trinity. There is great interaction between them and I d the explanation of what it means to be in a committed power exchange relationship. Theres a bit of drama to add some tension.
However, it was disappointing that we come into an existing relationship, that were given very limited information and Trinitys background and virtually nothing about Luckys. Were also not given closure for the drama that happened.
This book, while enjoyable, felt more it should be part of an anthology, providing a taste of the author. A lot of this could just be grounding the new series, so Ill be interested to read the next stories. ZJT344
An excellent start to an incredible new series with appearances by some of our favourites.
An excellent start to an incredible new series with appearances by some of our favourites.
I found this book to be a very exciting read. There is plenty of action, evil dudes doing evil things and a Little damsel in distress.
Ok, not quite that, but it is a very good read and there is definitely trouble afoot.
Lucky's MC is known for good deeds albeit a bit unconventional. Lucky himself is larger than life. He carries a heavy load and needs the love of a good woman.
Enter Trinity, with a Little side to match Lucky's Daddy persona. She has known heartache and is deserving of a second chance. She is very sweet and appealing, and courageous.

I loved reading the first book of the Spartan Watchmen MC. This is a spin-off from the Veterans of Valhalla series. I was on the edge of my seat as the story has suspense, action, danger, mystery, drama, fear, pain, protection, kidnapping, Daddy Dom's, and Littles. This is the adventure of Lucky, President of the Spartan Watchmen MC, and Trinity the owner of Day and Night (coffee shop, wine bar, and bookstore.) Lucky and Trinity are great friends and the chemistry between them is intensive. Trinity has never had a real daddy and Lucky has never had a little but he's ready to be Trinity's first and last. I enjoyed the story and am looking forward to more with the Spartan Watchmen MC and their littles.

Lucky and Trinity. Hes the Prez of the Watchmen, veterans of special ops who are the self opointed guards of the town and a Daddy Dom whose in his mid 50's and has been looking for a little girl all his own for a long time. Shes a book store owner that serves coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Shes been looking for a daddy a long time. He was to be her first customer and ask her to be his little but they mc had a run in with a rival gang. They rivals mc decides to kidnap Trinty. This book is shorth and the events leading up to the bookstore meeting and their life after are a great read and I believe that this short story leads to the next book involving different charcters but thiers and ongoing stories. Good read.

New spin off series of Veterans of Valhalla by RJ Gray makes me happy. This series will be the Spartan Watchmen MC guys and I can't wait to dive into more. I loved Trinity. She has my dream job of having a bookstore with a coffee shop and wine bar also. What a neat place that would be to visit. Lucky is a Daddy Dom (and if you don't DD/lg stories, you might want to pass on this one) and while they know each other from The Citadel, Lucky has to talk her into giving him a chance. He knows she is the Little for him. Of course, we have to have some danger and angst but it's not that bad and it will definitely keep you turning the pages. Will Trinity let Lucky "Daddy" her? Well, you need to get the book to find out! So good! Karon Price892 26
This is a spin off from the Valhalla series, so lucky for us we see a few familiar characters. Trinty is a divorced mom with older kids who is starting her second chapter in life, moving to Colorado and opening a new business. Lucky is the Prez of the Spartan Watchmen MC and member of the local BDSM club, The Citadel. Both Trinty and Lucky have played there before, but are ready to start their relationship outside of the club setting. I d how they were both older and basically knew what they wanted and didn't want as well. Yes, they had some issues to resolve, but they actually communicated (yay!). We should not be surprised that the Spartan Watchmen are involved in resolving the evil of world. But we still get the intimate relationship evolving between the two MCs. Great HEA. Samantha4,290 27
I think that RJ did a great job with Lucky and Trinity's book. It has suspense, danger and conflict mixed in with the sweet budding DDlg relationship. Lucky is is the prez of the Spartan Watchmen MC and is always mindful of the evil that is out there. Trinity is gaining ground in the life she wants after the one she had fell apart. I don't think their ages, while relevant, mattered much to me in the story. While it was nice having a couple a lil older, I still thought their personalities fit so well. Lucky knew how to make her feel more secure, even with a couple of misconceptions along the way. There was plenty of drama and danger in the storyline. If you've read any of the Veterans Of Valhalla books, you'll really enjoy this one. If you haven't, you should go check them out Kristen Lewendon7,739 47
This was one heck of a way to introduce us to this new offshoot from the original Valhalla series: action, intrigue, and a sweet and spicy romance. I thought Trinity and Lucky were pretty darned adorable together. I actually would have d to have had a chance to spend even more time with the pair. But, the intrigue portions of this storyline had me hooked and I definitely needed to know everything the author was willing to give us. It sounds the Watchmen have their work cut out for them in the days ahead and Im already looking forward to reading more about it.

I loved Lucky Book 1 of Spartan Watchmen MC. I loved that this intertwines with Valhalla. Trinity is starting over at 57 and she wasnt expecting to find a Daddy in Lucky. With her new store opening and her new relationship with Lucky, shes on cloud 9. Lucky waited a long time for his Little Rabbit and hes not letting anyone take her from him. Unfortunately, danger is coming with a war between a cartel and a rival MC. Lucky will do anything to keep Trinity safe. I loved the storyline and the characters. I think this will be a great series. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is the first book in a new spin-off of the Valhalla series. Lucky is the president of a local MC club, and Trinity is the new owner of a coffeehouse/bookstore/wine bar (which I would love to give my business to!). They decide to engage in a DDlg relationship, which is new to Trinity. But there is much more going on in their little town. Because of its proximity to major traffic corridors and ski resorts, the drug cartel wants in their little community, but the men and women of the MC club are against it and are willing to fight to keep them out. There is a HEA, and I think that this will be a great new series.

This book was a great start to the new Spartan Watchers MC series. Lucky and Trinity were a great couple. After a betrayal by a club member, another MC and cartel are targeting their town for drugs. I cant wait to see what the next in the series brings. Its sure to be an adventure, making sure the bad guys dont succeed with bring drugs to their town and keeping their people safe. Good to see some of the Vahalla men and women too.

I enjoyed reading this later in life love story, it is nice to read about older people finding love. Sweet hardworking Trinity deserves happiness. So does protective Lucky. They are so cute together. I loved all the real and well done characters. There are plenty of different elements in this well done story, including some hot sexy scenes and well deserved spankings. I received an advanced reader copy and I am leaving an honest review. I hope that this author writes lots of stories in this series, I would love all the Spartan Watchmen to find love. I loved this new story by RJ Gray. I am looking forward to reading more in this new series by her. Collin, Lucky Casey and Trinity Rodrigo were amazing together. I couldn't get over their interactions together. Trinity wanted to start somewhere else after her divorce. She found a place in a small mountain town. She opens an interesting store. She had play dates with Lucky at a BDSM club before they decided to make it more serious. Will they find happiness ever after?

This is the 1st book in the Spartan Watchmen MC series by RJ Gray and this is Lucky and Trinity's story. This is a spin off from the Veterans of Valhalla series.
Their story is one of starting over and a new beginning. He is the president of the Spartan Watchmen MC and she is a divorcee and owner of Day and Night (a coffee shop/wine bar/bookstore). It's a very good start to a series with believable characters, chemistry and a good storyline.

This spinoff series opener is a well-written, enjoyable read. The chemistry between the heroine and the Hero is smoking hot. They meet at the Citadel, a lifestyle club in Colorado, and their relationship grows from friends to lovers. I loved reading about a relatable middle aged couple. Actually, I loved the whole book. I'm ready and waiting for the next book in the series.

Solid start to a new series
Lucky is the first book in the Spartan Watchmen MC series. This series is combining MC, BDSM, DD/lg, and other kink into some interesting stories. I d both Trinity and Collin as they had depth that was unveiled as you read further into the story. I think this is going to be a series that will keep my interest, as long as it does not head off into "roll your eyes MC". casvec7,085 71 Read
Trinity is starting the life she always wanted after her divorce with a new business and a chance to be her. Lucky is the Prez of the MC and has had his eye on Trinity, waiting for her to be ready for him.
Good story that shows the courage of starting over, a bit of danger and deceit that keeps you on the edge.

I loved this book that is a spinoff of the Veterans of Valhalla series about daddy protectors and I was glad to an see older couple highlighted in this one. Hooray for Trinity for starting over and making a wonderful place for gathering and relaxing. The author did a great job of describing the coziness of the Night & Day shop and I could almost smell the coffee and books. Jenni6,198 37
