An excellent mindless romp through the craziness of Florida. This novella held my attention from start to finish. Mr Sheffield paints a picture the really brings to life the zany characters that make up the sunshine state. It almost (but not quite) reads a true story. Love the names of the characters.

Weird, crazed, and hilarious! Just the way I comedies. Plenty of twists and shocks mixed in the life of an intelligent, hardworking reporter and wife of a two-timing con man, Dick.

All I can say, is this novel would make a great comedic movie! Read it and laugh.
