Reseñas Varias sobre este libro

Overall, I think I know my problem with this series in general. We don't get enough world-building or time to explore certain concepts or characters. At the end of the book, I still don't understand the Dragon Riders.
All I understand is that they are elite fighters with dragons, and that's about it. Our MC's father was a rider, but that's about it. Not enough was explored about the Dragon Riders as a whole or the land of Osnen. Yeah, it would be cool to have a dragon but nothing in this series made me feel I want to be a Dragon Rider.
The character, our MC, and his dragon were explained thoroughly. However, some are lacking, such as our MC's wife's dragon. We went on this adventure to get this dragon back, and not only that, that dragon inadvertently caused magic to disappear. We barely get to understand the dragon as a character. I wished to could have a way to give more interaction between our MC's wife and his dragon so that we could get a clue about the dragon's character. But sadly, we don't.
How does this book hold up? These problems I've pointed out are in this book. We don't explore enough of the concept, Dragon Riders, or the main villain. Usually, this series is good at depicting the villains, but this time, he was really one note. I failed to care for the Dragon Riders, the citadel, Osnen, or the villain. It was the most action pack book, but it felt very little in substance. If the concept were explained a bit more and the characters had more time to breathe for development, I think this would be a solid experience. But sadly, I can say there were more enjoyable adventures than this one. This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.Show full reviewindie-books Alan Behan707 17
