I love this action packed series! I loved Ace and Tabitha together, their connection and chemistry was amazing. I also loved the addition of Tiffany, Tabitha’s sister, into the storyline. She brought a deeper level of emotion and understanding to the relationship between the main characters.

All the books in Paige Tyler’s Seals of Coronado Series contain a happily ever after and can be read as a standalone, however, reading it in order will give you a better appreciation for the characters and the series itself. I can’t wait to read the next book!1 MK1,415 18

Loved it. While Petty Officer Ace Harmon has been transferred San Diego to a new Navy Seal team which is known as Team 5 he knows it’s for his protection. He doesn’t know who’s trying to kill him, and he’s along with his new team mates are going to find out. What he doesn’t expect is meeting Tabby Turner a licensed electrician and so much more. They spend time together, and he’s falling hard for her.
Tabby Turner doesn’t know what’s in store for her with Ace, because when she learns things about why he’s here in San Diego things get complicated to say the least. But she has to see where this thing between them could go. She’s in for some surprises. Not all are good. Just wait and see,.

Seal in Deep Waters is the latest in the Seals of Coronado series and it is definitely a sea worthy addition. Ace is the new guy and Tabby the sassy best friend of Laurissa, from the last book, welcomes him from day one. Ace has a bit of trouble following him but this loyal and brave team step up to help their newest member. When he meets Tabitha Turner, an electrician/ 'jack-of-all-trades working at the ballet theatre, the attraction between them is as instant as it is unexpected. When the heat is turned up, with Tabby and her younger sister finding themselves caught in the crosshairs,, Seal Team 5 jumps into action to back their temporary brother.

As with the rest of the Seal series, there's plenty of action and the relationship between Ace and Tabby is hot and intense, even if, at times, it does seem a little contrived with Ace and Tabby going from strangers to over-familiar lovers in the blink of an eye. The characters are no less able for it. There's a sense of predictability to the way the relationship as well as the story develop. For example, it was fairly clear early on who the bad guy was and I wasn't wrong. Having said that, Tyler is a strong writer and, even though I find this series lightweight and a little superficial compared to the SWAT and X-Ops series' (which I absolutely love) and even though this doesn't pack the same punch, this is still a really enjoyable story full of suspense, romance and intrigue. Ace is a Navy SEAL that has ended up with a contract out on his life, and he has no idea why. To keep him safe, the Navy moves him to San Diego with Seal Team 5. Shortly after getting there, he meets Tabby. Their romance is sweet. Especially with how he is so nice to her little sister, and they become a family pretty quick. But with someone out to try to kill him, and some of the people investigating why thinks he's involved with illegal activities, it's not really safe for them to be together. Thankfully he's got an awesome SEAL Team to back him up and help him find out who's trying to have him framed and killed. I don't want to spoil what happens, but there's definitely some action and adventure that will make you want to stay up late and finish the book.

When I tell you that I was slightly iffy about this storyline, I definitely mean it. It sounded a little over the top and in my head I was thinking, hmmm this might not live up to what I usually expect from this author. I am absolutely glad to say, I was wrong! Ace and Tabby have this instant connection that sucked me in from the get go, and kept me reading all the way through! There is definitely suspense and action, but honestly it was their connection that kept me involved. The addition of some of the side characters just made it even better, in my opinion! I really enjoyed this one. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. I loved getting Tabby's story as we met her in the last book but this can definitely be read as a standalone. It had action and intrigue as there is a contract out for Ace's life and they are trying to figure out who wants him dead while he gets to know Tabby and SEAL Team 5 that he has been temporarily assigned to work with. This story flowed well. It kept me entertaining and definitely had some humor involved with the all the action and romance. Ace and Tabby have an instant connection and have some fun exploring it with the circumstances that they end up in.
