I recently read a fantastic book that I couldn't put down! The story was captivating from the beginning and filled with surprising twists and turns. Set in Skerries, a village in North County Dublin, added a charming element to the story, and afforded us the little escape, travelling to a part of the world Ive not visited yet. Though the book was not always relaxing, the characters were simply fabulous, I think I know a few Aussies just Dan.
Overall, I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick and suspenseful read. Id also recommend Oliver Sands other book, Breeda Looney Steps Forth, a funny and entertaining book that I also loved, and prompted me to read this book. Looking forward to seeingwhat comes next! What a fabulous psychological thriller set in a village near Dublin. The suspense builds between the characters at a perfect pace and the nightmare house swapping plot is skillfully intertwined with the mystery of the protagonist's missing friend. I loved Oliver Sands debut novel Breeda Looney Steps Fourth and his second novel, and foray into my favourite genre, didnt disappoint. I raced through the Strangers Bed loving the terrifying twists and turns and highly recommend if youre looking for your next page turning rollercoaster. Kevin Moriarty14 15
