ARC REVIEW

Tom was the “Wildcard” after his parents died.
He was the guy that dyed his hair and rebelled by getting an unsuccessful earring. He ended up being sent to London for the duration of Summer at 16,
leaving a heartbroken teenage Hannah behind.
BUT he never came back… UNTIL 17 years later,
with him stumbling naked into Hannah, on his Aunt’s balcony.

The story of Tom and Hannah is SO heartfelt and is my new recommendation for a beautifully hilarious Second Chance romance. Their feelings are deep. Their desire is pure. Their chemistry is undeniable.

The novel was very well written and a perfect way
to bring the Dashwood Billionaire’s series to an end.
The last 50% of the novel truly ticked every box,
from lustful adoration to tears and heartache.
The Bonus Scene was AMAZING and very sweet.

I recommend this novel to anyone who enjoys the following Tropes:
Second Chance
Single Parent
Billionaire Music Mogul
Naked Meet-Cute
He Falls First (AGAIN)

Is their love doomed to fail?

After involving his aunt and uncle's youngest son in trouble, Tom Dashwood went to stay with his other aunt and uncle, Linda and Bob, in London. It was just supposed to be a summer visit. It turned into a seventeen-year stay. He's now in the States and back with his Uncle Jim and Aunt Maggie. Waking up hungover, he managed to knock a glass of water from the nightstand onto the floor, shattering the glass. Naked and trying to walk to the bathroom for a towel to wipe up the mess, he accidentally walked into the hallway instead. The hallway where his first love, Hannah Hepburn, was standing.

Hannah was escaping from a bad relationship. She and her son, Dylan, had come to stay with her cousin, Jude, while she's trying to get back on her feet. She'd been helping at Jude's plant shop in town when Tom's Aunt Maggie came in to shop. After learning that Hannah needed a job, Maggie hired her as their housekeeper. After making their fortunes, Jim and Maggie's sons and nephews bought and renovated an old, beautiful home for them.

Tom had started a record label in the garage at his aunt and uncle's home in London. He turned the label into a billion-dollar international business. Luckily for Hannah, he rarely comes back to the States. When he does, he normally stays with one of his brothers. Now he's reeling from a quick divorce, even though that's what he wanted. There were also problems at work. One of the executives at the firm's Christmas party set the tree on fire. To make matters worse, a young singer standing by the tree had her hair catch fire.

Tom can't believe Hannah would ever leave Boston, let alone live in a small New Hampshire town, for several years with her ex. Fleeing from her ex, she came to Blythewell, where her cousin, Jude, lives, as well as Maggie and Jim.

Hannah is having a difficult time forgiving Tom for ghosting her all those years ago. She believes her son, Dylan, should always come first in her life. And he needs to be moved to LA, the one place Tom swore he'd never live. If they were doomed when Tom lived in London with her and Dylan in LA, it's going to be even worse!

This was an excellent book! However, even if it had been the worst prose ever written, I'd still give it high marks for Chapters 16 and 17. Tom, "Mr. I Can Organize My Own Personal Life," made plans for his romantic date with Hannah. He neglected to get all the details first. Oops!
