If a UK based Hallmark movie was spicy… that’s what the Number 10 Affair is and I’m so here for it.

I honestly didn’t expect to this book as much as I did, but the opening scene hooked me in so good that I survived the agonizing slow burn romance between Laura and Spencer. He’s broody, she’s empathetic but unrelenting. Their chemistry is just perfect. I d that the book didn’t move too fast but also didn’t drag things along. I was truly rooting for the characters to have a happy ending so it was an emotional roller coaster for sure and I read through this book in hours. The spice was good but didn’t overpower the story, I’d say about 1-2
