Sinopsis

A Twisted Psychological, claustrophobic horror exclusive to Amazon Kindle!
A woman wakes to find herself trapped in a dark room.
With no recollection of how she came to be there, and no idea of her surroundings, she knows she can’t just sit there and wait for someone to come and rescue her. She needs to find her own way out.
Blindly, she fumbles around in the dark until her hands stumble upon a door. There’s no handle but, using all her weight, she’s able to open it enough to squeeze her body into the next pitch-black area. A corridor this time.
Believing she’s found her way out, she continues onwards. The corridor is becoming narrower with each step right until she walks into what she believes is a dead end. Frustrated, she lashes out only for her clenched fist to punch through the wall.
She starts pulling at the fresh hole until it’s wide enough to squeeze her head in. Peering through, she discovers a tunnel. Unsure as to where it leads, all she can do is hope it leads her from this nightmare...
With no other option, she crawls in...M.F

Matt Shaw never fails to impress me and suck me in. This one was so gross and made me so uncomfortable. However, it was so good. It was a sick story. Absolutely disgusting. Clearly the man is sick in the head. The ending was something I was NOT expecting. Definitely caught me off guard. 1 Eunice98 4

I'm still reeling from the intense psychological horror that I just read! This twisted tale had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish, and I could not put it down until I reached the very last page.

The plot revolves around a woman who was trapped in a claustrophobic, dark room. As she struggles to survive, tensions rise and the real horror begins to unfold. Matt Shaw's masterful use of suspense and his ability to create a sense of unease is unparalleled, and I found myself completely immersed in the story.

While some readers may wish that the story was longer, I appreciated the fact that the author kept the story well-paced and tightly plotted. Each twist and turn came as a surprise, and the ending left me wanting more - in the best possible way.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good spine-chilling story. It's a perfect read to get you out of a reading slump. Annie ?12

As deep as it can get!

This little book actually really surprised me cause it took a turn I was NOT expecting at all in a good way. I loved the twist, very dark and deep. I also love that we don’t necessarily get a “happy” ending even though we somehow are rooting for it and that’s what makes real horror, not knowing what will happen. The only reason I took one star it’s because I wish it was longer, but that’s my personal preference. Erica smith79 1 follower

Should be a novel

I feel this " short" story could have been an actual novel if he started from the beginning with more details . Desiree58 4

I generally love Matt Shaw's books but, sadly, I didn't enjoy this one at all. I found it bland and lacking Matt's usual gore fest. Tracy Halls209 4

What I read was excellent however......I was expecting a middle and an end otherwise, it's not a story. Mark Alexander360 7
