This was a good, fairly quick read (just over 200 pages at font size 2 on a 6" kindle).

I enjoyed the plot of the FMC trying to get a job with a tech giant, and then being kidnapped instead by the guy she had a crush on as a kid.

Also loving that the MMC also had his own plans when he saw she had an interview at his company.

The betrayal was a good twist, though it had a *few* holes (usually when someone betrays the mafia, the betrayer is either a. more careful and hides away or b. is killed ASAP.) The betrayer lived a long time and got to mess with them more than I had thought he would have reasonably been able to.

I *adored* the supporting female character, the maid/housekeeper/house manager. She was truly a delight.

What I loved about the main character, Abigail, was how capable and intelligent she was and how confident she was in her abilities in regard to computers and technology. Taking the reins on technology that is awesome. I also loved ho the author really dove into that world of technology, writing deep descriptions and really making me, as a reader, find things security technology fascinating.

I would have d to have seen more slow burn in the romance before the wedding, but it didn't ruin the story. Having Carter be kinder and doting toward Abigail would have helped with believability, and made him more humane, allowing a more rounded character development.

Wow, I absolutely loved reading this book it was amazing, the story was exhilarating and the characters were really sensational. This story was about Carter Rossi and Abigail, Carter is the Don for the Rossi marfia family he is a gorgeous, dominant, kinky, alpha,male, he received a phone call about his Security company. Abigail is a pretty intelligent and needs to get a job she hacked into the servers to show it needs fixing, so with her blue prints she showed the CEO what she can do, Carter walked in to see whats happening and he just doesn't believe her. He spanked her a few times for lying. He tells her the good news that he owns her that her father sold her to him to pay off a debt, so he picked her up and kidnapped her she will be his bride.
He's possessive, dominant, controlling, and he is much older than him.?
And now he's ravaging me over and over.
