This book was so good and will definitely have you hooked from the beginning until the end and the storyline flows throughout the book. It's a very heartbreaking story about trying to keep family together after the father abused alcohol and had bad temper and so much more when Vera agrees to become a fake fiance but love will finally come into play but will it be enough for Sean and Vera to stay together or will a surprise pregnancy destroy them ?.

This is an interesting story with strong characters in Vera and Sean. The author does a great job developing their story and pulls you into their lives as they come together out of necessity and find love along the way. They have some issues on their way to their HEA.

Here's the thing... this book was pretty good. I enjoyed the whole story and both characters were loyal and able. Spice was hotter than most and done well. I WOULD have been a 4 star read.

This book needed TW so bad. It was disrespectful to leave them off. One reviewer made a note to check TW before reading because this one has some doozies. So why can't I find them anywhere?

Both MCs had a traumatic childhood level 10/10 and neither was fully healed or in therapy for it. They do grow into trusting each other enough to share details and it sheds some light but still unrealistically well adjusted for having that level of shit happen and never get help for it. This book will pull at your heart and bring tears to your eyes at times. Vera is a nurse who is taking care of her younger sisters. Sean is trying to get custody of his teenage brother after their dad was abusive. However, in order to get that accomplished Sean needs to get married so Vera decides to help Sean by faking an engagement. As time goes on Sean and Vera start to have feelings for each other. Then Sean's dad breaks into his house and things get really scary. I am not going to say what happens, but it makes your heart pound hoping that things turn out okay. I thought the ending was really special and I love that Vera and Sean both got their happy ever after.

Vera is a nurse who is taking care of her younger sisters. She is friends with Sean and he is trying to get custody of his younger brother after he was taken away from their father because of abuse. In order to make him look a good place for his brother to be taken care of, he thinks maybe that he should get married. Vera agrees to a fake engagement with him in order to help out. They move in together and of course, the closeness makes them be more attracted to each other. There is some suspense when Sean's father breaks into his home and there are threats made. This was a good story by author L.P. Guleva! This was my first time reading this author and I was highly impressed! Vera’s character took a little while to grow on you but you d her after finding out why!! Once you caught on what she’s been through, then you understood why she was the way she was! Sean was a sweetheart! This story had great word building, strong and funny characters and a great storyline!.

I read Vera's sister Ljuba's story first and wondered about Vera and her fiance, and now I know their story! I really enjoyed seeing Vera and Sean connect, they had good chemistry and shared experiences as well as being individual. I d seeing them grow into their relationship and fight for their future and for their family.

This story is addictive and captivating. The author did a great drawing the reader in and developing the story. Sean and Vera are both trying to take care of siblings. One is already and the other is trying to get custody from his abusive father. This leads to a fake to more plot with some mystery, suspense and more. I really enjoyed Vera and Sean's story. Both are tough in their own ways, due to their circumstances growing up but they both have a good-hearted nature that comes out right from the start. The story is a little bit heart-wrenching, very steamy with some humor thrown in, particularly in the banter between Vera and Shawn. An all-over great read! SEng2,646 4
