This story took a few turns (one of which I suspected)
that kept me turning the pages. I did find myself getting frustrated with both of these characters at times over their failure to just communicate with each other. They're both so stubborn!

I enjoyed seeing Mason's brothers again and the other characters from the previous book in this series. While this book can totally be read as a stand alone, you'll enjoy it even more if you've read the first book. 3 s1 comment Jenn M.561 12

Stolen Moments is the second book in the Miller Brothers series by Leslie Ann and this book is just as addicting as the first book, Stolen Hearts.

In this book we get to dive into Mason and Emery's undeniable connection that was teased at the end of Rylann and Jace's book. And while it is not completely necessary to know the tribulations and resolve of Stolen Hearts, I do think that there are some moments that click a little more when you come in with the that connection.

Mason Miller felt a connection within the first glimpse he got of Emery and only became more enamored with her once they actually interacted with each other. Emery is sweet, a bit guarded yet also fiercely loyal to those she lets sneak past her walls. The distance between these two and their daily lives may be a first for me- with that in mind it does make this story a bit of a slower burn but I absolutely adored the way that these two built their connection even stronger as they started off as friends more so than anything else. While things took a little while to heat up- they were pretty steamy once they did
