Mixtape Murder is a fun cosy mystery from author Torie Lennox. I don't read many cosy mysteries so I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this story.

While on a Christmas break from college, Mia unearths a set of old cassette tapes in the attic, purchased by her father at a yard sale years ago. She proceeds to listen to the various bands until she discovers a mixtape that contains the last moments of a young woman murdered nearly two decades ago. Joining forces with her best friend Daphne, Mia digs into the mysterious unsolved murder and will stop at nothing to bring the perpetrator to justice.

A fun, wholesome, and quick read. Very enjoyable with a nice twist at the end. CHud427
