A Match for Thorne is a fight between City or farm, instead of good and evil. Thorne is making his mark in the City and with the carriages he is designing and wants a city girl for a wife to help him succeed further. He grew up on a farm, but he needs to move forward. Viola as also grew up on a farm, but living in the City now, trying to make her business of a dress designer. When both send a request to Agatha the matchmaker, they think there is a mistake with their match up. They will work together to hopefully both succeed and if they figure out if Agatha, actually made the right match up.
