I was lucky enough to beta read this story and I couldn’t resist the chance to read it again as an ARC. Everything about Lex and Theo was fun, hot, hilarious and kept me entertained from start to finish! One of my favourite things is the MCs disliking each other but texting on an app and not realizing it’s them so I was so excited to discover this story was that!

I love Theo and getting to know him more than we did in book 1. We definitely understood him and his actions more and I felt for him with all his boyfriend trouble! Lex oh Lex. So judgemental but after we learn his story it makes sense as well. I loved seeing these two grow their relationship. I also loved how amazing Lex was with the germophobia once he found out about it!!

If you enjoyed book 1 in this series I’m sure you’ll love this one too. Their dynamic was awesome and we got to see Rhys and Cole in this book as well. You don’t need to read book 1 but I still highly recommend it! Can’t wait until this book is on audio to read for the third time!arc6 s Amanda2,188 89

Hot Conduit is the second standalone in the Hot Under the Collar series by Katherine McIntyre. She never fails to bring to life two characters with depth and quality steam.

Lex and Theo get off on the wrong foot and then it kind of spirals down hill from there every time they see each other in person, they just piss each other off. But unbeknownst to them, they're talking to one another on a dating app and getting to know each other on a deeper level. When they find out the names behind the account they both put their differences aside to get between the sheets. They are very much sexually compatible, and it isn't long before their frenemies with benefits situation means a whole lot more to both of them.

Big, burly types drew me in, but big, burly types that gave off submissive vibes? Fucking kryptonite.
