This story is laugh out loud funny. Get ready to be royally entertained as you turn the pages. The characters are witty and delightful. The plot is interesting and easy to follow. Finished the book in one day. It was an easy read when you don't want to think to hard about what you are reading. Pretty much exactly what you would expect.

Zoe Robinson and Chaz Andersen have the opposite of a meet cute… Zoe is a 40 year old divorcee with 4 kids and a struggling business. When she decides to date again, she swipes right. But Chaz is a person from her past who had a crush on her and looks nothing he did in HS.

I loved this story. Zoe is a fiercely independent woman struggling to find herself after being abandoned by her husband of 20 years, and left to raise their kids alone. When she and Chaz connect after her failed hookup attempt, she does everything in her power to avoid him, but the heart knows what the heart wants.

This is a laugh out loud romance, with some tears, fears, and plenty of drama from the townsfolk’s and Zoe herself. And of course there is a happy ending.seasoned-romance second-chance Lisa H4,765 18
