I hate books where the male lead dies and YES ADLEY DIES!!
I didn't know this would happen and I wish I did. I wouldn't of read the stupid book.
I am done with this author. She has disappointed me twice now and I won't give her a third chance. This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.Show full reviewwish-i-never-read1 J. WestAuthor 1 book
There are no words for how much I love this book but here we go anyway.
Its a very brave entry in K Sterlings catalogue, exploring and playing with a lot of conventions usually found in the genre. Some people might not approve, but I that shes tried something different, and if you actually pay attention its very clever and it really does work.
I that Sterling chose the narrative route she did. Shes not one to churn out copypaste books, putting in a lot of effort to how she can constantly challenge herself in her writing.
This was a gamble and for me it paid off. If people are so insanely mad at the ending its only a testament to how the rest of the book is written. Yet another book filled with engaging characters you cant help fall in love with through Sterlings trademark snappy prose and dialogue. Its funny, its sad, its beautiful. Its brilliant. Steph26
When I finished Lost In You, I went outside to play with my pup. My hubby looked up, saw I was crying and asked me if I was OK. I laughed and asked him to ignore me until I could pull myself together. Well, suffice it to say, when I stop and think about this book, I tear up all over again. It is just a beautiful, touching story.
As for Ms. Sterling? How could you do this to me, you bitch!! lol Sorry. I mean that in the best possible context. She's always been an auto-buy, and will always retain such a status. Dee697 4
Wow
A total departure, but so good! Ms. Sterling, thanks for totally blowing my mind. And for the first time, making me tear up (even though it was in a good way, I think).
An unusual story, but lovely. Alp MortalAuthor 150 books95
I had that rare and wonderful feeling that the author - the brilliant K Sterling - had written this gem just for me ... a treasure.
I want my own Caretaker!
