An entertaining and informative introduction to a spiritual journey, I enjoyed this work more than I thought I would. Let's face it, for many readers, this topic can be written more a textbook that you may not finish, or so forceful, that it can be borderline offensive. Not so with this book. It's thoughtful, thorough, and is told in a way that keeps you interested. I may have skimmed through one chapter, but overall, this book is well-written and worth a read if you're interested in the subject matter.
