Another excellent read

I love this series. Every book is a fast paced and action packed adventure set in a world where a few powerful privileged magic users rule. Rory has no choice but to take on a job for the Council. What starts out as a straight forward evaluation of an artifact turns into a fight for survival against black magic, a demon and to rescue Zev from a psychotic dangerous hacker. Loving this series

This is a rare gem of both good world building and an interesting story. I just read books 1-5 in a row, that made the reminder scenes feel a bit repetitive, but I understood that if I’d read them as they released it would have been great to reread that information.
