Realized after reading this and another of Porter's series that I fundamentally am looking for a different sort of book. There's always a man surrounded by a bunch of beautiful women that he gets to have sex with, but that's it. There's no romance. There might be some affection, but it doesn't seem to go beyond friendship. Anything more is avoided even being discussed in a way that feels very unnatural to me.

Great sequel to a fantastic story

I have to admit that when I 1st started reading I was a little reluctant to think that the 2nd book was going to be as good as the 1st because it starts off a little slow but then it surely does pick up and it is a great story I cannot wait
for the 3rd installment to the series good job everyone I highly recommend this book.

Interesting shipwreck storyline

The MC is an augmented man shiprecked on a dangerous planet with a handful of beautiful women. The story was well written and the characters actually think about how to survive the dangers as they and the MC do what comes naturally. Good potential here. Addison Ford4

Looking for more

Good story. I think the dialog needs work. Background for the secondary characters is thin. It was a good choice to make the only male, supportive. The details make the story. Without the front story I don't think I would have read the second book. If you write book 3 I'd be interested. If not, that's too bad. Bob251 1 follower

More of the same from the first book. "Harem" dynamics have shifted into everyone treating the MC a masturbatory aid. He has no say in who he is with or when. Often they argue in front of him about who will get to use him next. It's not terrible but it's getting a little boring. There is really nothing happening with only the occasional minor challenge. Better than the first book

I gave book 1 only 4 stars. Good but a little ham fisted with the sex scenes. Here the writing is more balances and mature. Sex added to the story and did not pad it. Robert L.483 5
