El?ya knows that the most important thing for living right is a tireless dedication to ethics, so she thought she would share everything with her best friend Tamar, including a normal life as college students, as they once promised each other. But two years ago, Tamar vanished into the desert to look at the secret form of God for a staggering price, without even giving El?ya an explanation.
Yenatru thought he had two friends--until, with only one left, it turned out he wasn't as close to El?ya as he thought. He can't even manage to tell El?ya that he's been delving into some serious magic of his own. No one knows that he's practicing Theurgy — creating things with the power of his soul. Except the woman he meets in the library, who calls herself Lucifer.
