Well, this was not the kind of story I thought I was picking up. I thought this was a mystery short. I went ahead and finished reading the story and was going to leave a review based on the romance genre, but even rating it in that category, I could only give it 2 stars.

I love that Dag had to work so hard to hide his attraction to Bobbie and I loved Bobbie's fire. They are an older couple that has lived life and it was great to see them get a happily ever after...after all that exciting suspense and danger passes. Wow! Talk about original drama! Dag and Bobbie face a problem I’ve never read about before. I loved how it brought these two individuals together and finally acting on the attraction they’d been denying.





Not only did the danger and drama capture my attention and keep it, the evolving relationship between this couple had me loving everything about them. This author always manages to create believable characters and with the addition of family as well as the struggle to get back to each other, I found this to be an exceptional novella!

I loved this so much, I want more!!!

Snowbound was the exact short story you didn’t know you needed. I wanted to sit down and read and Snowbound was the perfect way to end the busy holiday weekend. It had action and romance, both things I love. I was pulled in quickly and enjoyed relaxing while reading about Bobbie and Dag, being on the run from the Russians, the avalanche and French cut panties. I’ll leave you with that, you’ll have to pick up Snowbound to find out the rest of the story for yourself, you won’t regret it!
