What an amazing debut from this author! This book takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions. Right from the beginning I'm rooting for this couple, the story is written really well and hits you right in the gut with all the feels.
The secondary characters in this book are just as well written. The book leaves you wanting more and I can't wait to read more from this author.

Oh how life can change in just the blink of an eye. It wasn't the best life but it was one she could deal with and then it was gone. A story of just surviving, not living and dealing with every day issues without really being there. That's what Sammy did. She was successful and more than her tragedy but they didn't see it that way.

A touching and emotional story of love, and tribulations, and things that happen and throw everything out of wack. Of realizing there is so much more to life than our past. Of moving on and learning to live again. Of facing fears and guilt. Of letting go. Well written and the characters are on point and even a little action. A heartfelt love story that develops over time, is cut off at the knees, and given a second chance. I enjoyed this book- I d the characters, I d the plot, I d the struggle that they all went through. I d it. I didn't quite love it, though. The characters were developed well, but I felt there were missing pieces, and at times the writing felt stilted.

I believe this is the first novel by this author, so all things considered, it's a good start. I will check out other books by her!1 Melissa King343 2

One Moment is the first book in The Little Hollow series by Danielle Dickson. This is Danielle's debut book and she did a Great job telling a heart wrenching, and emotional love story.

Sammy successfully co-owned a beauty salon with her best friend Keeley in Little Hollow. While Connor has successfully owned Hartley’s Construction company in the city eleven hours away. Both Sammy and Connor use to be best friends till a tragedy happened in Little Hollow. Now they both live day to day life, not living just surviving. They are given a chance to face their fears & guilt so they can forgive themselves and each other. Will they take this opportunity to put the past behind them and move on with their future or will they let the past hold them back?

I can see Danielle growing as wonderful author as she continues to write. I look forward to reading more books from her in the future especially the next book in this series about Lewis and Keeley.

This book is emotional, driven and well described and the story flowed nicely. There's some heart stopping moments that will make you gasp, there are parts that will make you teary eyed and some moments you may want to growl.

This was the first book I have read by author Danielle Dickson and I really enjoyed it.

The story is about Sammy and Connor. It's jumps between present and past and I felt this was done it a really good way and the story intertwined well. Connor is back, he has been coming back just once a year since events happened to change Sammy and Connor's life. Sammy isn't happy Connor is back but will they be able to work things out and be together.

What I about his one was the author kept us guessing about what happened and what happened that night many years ago, I literally didn't know how it was going to pan out. The book is well written and has a good pace. Sammy and Connor are both great characters and they have a strong chemistry together. I can't wait to also read more of Kelsey's story in the next book as little hints were left about her story would go. It kind of ends its a slight be good cliffhanger but at least I have book 2 to go straight on to.

Overall a great romance read and I look forward to reading other books by the author.

This book is so emotional and had me crying a baby. It tore at my soul and broke me in two.

Oh my goodness what a story!
This was a book by a new to me author and I can guarantee 100% I will be reading more of her work as this story is breathtaking.
Sammy and Connor’s story is heart breaking, soul wrenching and straight up ugly cry inducing and that ending...
I want to say more but I really don’t want to give too much away as it really would be a better experience if you went in blind I did. Just know the writing is superb, the story is perfectly paced and so good to read and the whole reading experience was a genuine pleasure. Can’t wait to read more from this author! Nikki1,515 15

Well what an emotional but beautiful story!
Aswell as being well written this is a story that takes us on such a heart breaking journey that is the lives of Connor and Sammy.
Childhood best friends their lives are changed forever after a tragedy that shapes their lives for years to come.
It makes you want to hold your loved ones tight and need to take a few deep breaths while reading!
Loved the cross over with Connors friend Mac popping up in here too from Danielle's other book Betting On Love!

Loved it!

I was the stupid one and read Betting on Love first, then desperately waiting door Connor and Sammy's story, only to realise it was already out in a series of its own. So, I wasn't disappointed. I was heartbroken for Connor and Sammy. I wanted to cry and grieve with them. This story was heart touching, and shows how true love will never die. If it's meant to be, it's for keeps. I have jut downloaded book 2, because I am desperate to see what happens next.
