She threw a party just so she could attempt to get him to really see her and realize that they were meant to be together--It was a small gathering of artist and collectors of art.

I'm wondering what happened to the little Chihuahua dog. Who keeps him when everyone is gone & I thought Killer was his friend?
Also, whatever happened to the Pham Penh trip?
Curious minds would to know.
I was really looking forward to this book, since I've visited New Mexico as a child. I didn't enjoy this one as much. It seemed the story ended so abruptly.

I loved this book. I understood the characters , their tie to the hostess, and the art dealer. The party was an excellent idea to get people together. I would recommend this book to anyone who s a mystery. I would change nothing. Barbara Daniels Dena520 23

I expected more excitement in the ending.

I had never read this author before and was thoroughly engrossed in the characters and plot development which I felt were excellent. In all honesty, though, I was disappointed in the ending. Mary97 1 follower

Good story

There was a lot of information and background leading up to the dinner part of the story. It was very cut and dried so I was a bit disappointed not to get to figure out who the killer was. Karin4,417 42
