Another decent tale featuring Jack Burdette, master jewel thief. Having read the first of the Burdette tales made this one pretty predictable.
The deal killer was the ending. I really hate authors that resort to cliff hanger endings to entice the reader into the next novel. Should be able to do that with a great character and great telling of the tale. 1 Howard K. Selzer42
