Untimely Paws is Book 18 in the Kitten Witch Cozy Mystery Series so you know this series has to be good.

Witch and super sleuth Ember McNair-Jamison needs to clear her husband, Cedric, from the murder that hopefully he didn't commit. There is so many thing going in this book, many mystery and twist and turn that keep you glued to the seat. This is an exciting book, unique plot, fast paced full of adventures one right after another and keeps you guessing of what the next chapter will reveal. I really enjoy this book and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.

entertaining supernatural cozy mystery series

This is an entertaining supernatural cozy mystery series. A great cast of characters and an entertaining storyline. Amber is a witch in a small Louisiana town. This is a long running Siri‘s. Emery used to run a local pub and used to help her boyfriend solve crimes that involve supernatural issues around town. Throughout the series she progressed and eventually she became a police officer as well. Then something happened that made the series do a time jump 20 years into the future. It is still very entertaining but definitely will warp your mind a bit. As you have to wait until the next book to find out exactly maybe what’s going on. Judy Gittleson Hendrickson5,566 58

Ember has just six weeks to clear her husband Cedric of murder of his best friend. So many suspects and plenty of red herrings, too. Things are never as they seem. The characters are terrific, with a great variety of personalities and alibies. The storyline is a roller coaster of suspects and situations that sometimes prove untrue. Loved the suspense of time on the clock versus the clues. Did not see the murderer until the very end. Great job of the author to keep you entertained and guessing. Can not wait to read more of this series.

The entire book was well written, but the ending is the best part. What a cliffhanger! Just as Ember is starting to settle into her life 10 years after the last thing she remembers, she sees something that makes her reality shift all over again. I started to think a couple books back on why Ember doesn't remember the past 10 years, etc. and I'm hoping that all will be revealed in the next book (if only so I can see if I am right!). Now I have to impatiently await book 19. Eve154 2

Another great book by Winters! I adore this whole series — anything by Winters really. Always well-written, well-paced, likable and complex characters, plus a great mystery. Every time I think it can’t get better, Winters proves us wrong. Can’t wait for the next book!

This is a great book by one of my favorite authors, I really enjoyed it! Ember needs to clear her husband’s name. It is quite the mystery, and there are a few suspects. There is a lot going on, which keeps it interesting. Not everything is what it seems. I love all the characters. A fabulous fun read!

Cedric is in trouble and it's up to Ember to save the day. After Jack's death there's many a suspicious characters including the way the wife handles the news. Can Ember find out the truth with so many against Cedric.

This was a hard one to figure out. There were plenty of red herrings in the story! I love this series, but I really hope that Ember figures out what is real and what isn’t, really soon. I miss the old storyline.

This one really hit close to home for Ember. This book was filled with deception, emotions, and love.This book really made the reader look at the evidence and think of the possibilities of how they came to be. Yet Ms. Winters keeps the reader on a cliff.
