Fredrick has come back to his hometown for his father’s funeral. When Fredrick left he vowed to never come back. Fredrick has another reason for coming back. He has a whole plan for Lila. Lila owns the flower shop in her hometown, she worked there growing up. Lila has a twin brother Alex and a younger sister Emma. They all live with their mother who struggled to make ends meet while they grew up because their father walked out on them. Lily had been in love with Fredrick and when he left without a word she was devastated. Fredrick’s first stop in town is to Lila’s flower shop. She is shocked to see him, she is cordial to him but she will not be hurt by him again. Fredrick orders a wedding arch with Lila’s favorite flowers, wisteria. He tells Lila he is engaged and she hates that she is jealous. Fredrick has arranged for a flowers by phone company to work with Lila, she just doesn’t know it’s him behind it. Fredrick was never loved by his parents and he always felt more at home with Lila and her family. Before Fredrick came to town he got a friend to give him a marriage certificate with Lila’s name on it. Fredrick has many secrets that he is keeping from Lila. Emma ran away and everyone was worried, Fredrick and Lila went looking for her. After Fredrick dropped off Lila at work he went back to the club he had ownership in and he found Emma going by her middle name Riley and she wants part ownership in his club and she doesn’t want her family to know where she is. Grace Lila’s mom has a heart attack from the stress. Fredrick takes Lila home to get some rest. Fredrick says he will do anything for Lila. Lila realizes that she is falling in love with Fredrick again. Fredrick’s father left a will that tells the truth about why he never loved Fredrick. Fredrick is trying to make things right with Lila but it seems something else goes wrong. Lila told Fredrick it was over between them when she found out that he knew where Emma was thr whole time. Then Lila finds out that she is pregnant. What will Lila do? Will she tell Fredrick? Will Fredrick be happy about a baby? Will Fredrick make things better with his mother? Will Fredrick be able to get Lila back? Will Fredrick and Lila get a second chance at love? Will Fredrick and Lila become the family they both want and need?

Magnificent Fake Marriage Accidental Pregnancy romance! Sharon Akshar277 2

I enjoyed reading the story of 'Faking it for the Bad Boy' by Claire Angel. She always has a lot of depth to her stories, and they are not just a piece of fluffy romance. This one is about a woman who had always loved a man even after he had left town without a word ten years ago. Now, he is back just as suddenly, but with a lot of mystery to his plans and character. Frederick has plans to make Lila his wife, but he does not immediately tell her this. Instead, he orders wedding flowers from her and tells her they are for his wedding because he is getting married. He also schemes to help her financially but after she agrees to marry him. But he does not explain any of this to her as he pursues her. It is only after she angrily tells him she can't have anything to do with him because he is engaged that he tells her the woman he expects to be engaged to is her. He has a lot of trouble explaining himself and his goals because of the difficult upbringing he had by cold, uncaring parents. And the difficulties are still hounding him in his adult life. But this story is all about taking this wounded, cold man and thawing him out into a likable, caring person that is worthy to have Lila. romance Fiona2,130 25

This story will keep you wanting to keep reading from the start to the finish, there is high drama and lots of action. Fredrick and Lila were an item 10 years ago, but went to Frederick left town. He broke Lila‘s heart, now he is back in town and he wants her back in his life again, but it’s not going to be so easy. Lila is heavily in debt, trying to pay her brothers debts and keeping her business afloat. When Frederick offers a Solution to both their problems, it seems to be the only option that she can take. She’s still angry with Frederick but he will help her to move forward. There’s a lot of luggage to unpack from the past, but the story will keep you in enthralled and you won’t be able to put your book down. They do end up with a happy ending, but it’s not so easy at first.

This was an outstanding romance story, filled with family drama, emotional moments, passionate encounters, misunderstandings, a fake marriage, secrets and an unexpected pregnancy, that led to a wonderful second chance at a happily ever after. The author took me on a thrilling ride with lots of twists and angst filled moments, that made it an addictive page turner to read. I suggest you carve out the entire day before you start reading this book, as you won’t want to take a break, once you start. Grab a copy of this book to read now and you won’t be disappointed.

Broken Heart and a Fake Marriage

A broken heart makes rekindling a relationship hard to bear as Lila is shocked to find out the man she once loved is engaged. Little did she know that Frederick intends for her to be his bride and help her out with her family. While their marriage is initially a business proposition, Frederick's intent is to have Lila fall for him he has for her. This was really an entertaining read.
