It Takes A Strong Connection -
This was a really enjoyable work place, enemies to lovers romance, where a father who was at his wits end uses everything in his arsenal to help his wayward son achieve his full potential personally and professionally. However, what was meant to just be the son taking responsibility for his delinquency, led to personal growth, falling in love and getting the happy life that the son didn’t know he wanted or needed. This was an intriguing story that highlights the fact that we all have challenges in our lives, but having the right partner to support you will help you achieve success in your life. It is a definite must read book, that I really enjoyed reading and will be happy to recommend.

all stories written by Claire Angel, I found myself fully engaged in the story and found the storyline to flow smoothly and bring the characters alive so that you can feel what’s going on, and I found that I was not able to put it down until the book was finished. As usual, with the stories, they are full of heat, chemistry, romance, and lots of plot twists and turns. Clifton is a bad boy who is used to getting his own way and when he finds himself in jail his father decides that he is not going to bail amount, but he sends Emma to deal with him. Emma fines Clifton to be reckless, spoiled, and and every day bad boy. Will they be able to overcome the obstacles that come in their way or will they go their separate ways?

This is the story of Clifton and Emma. Clifton is a bad boy whose father is also his attorney. Emma works for Clifton’s dad and she is sent to bail him out and defend him. Emma doesn’t care for the way Clifton acts, he is reckless, arrogant and spoiled. Clifton would to be closer with Emma but he has been burned before. As they work together a friendship develops and then a relationship. This is a very good story of enemies to lovers and forbidden office romance. Will Clifton and Emma actually end up together? Will Clifton and Emma find love and happiness together and build a family?

This is the first in a new series, and this is bad by Clifton and Emma’s story.
This is a well written story which has family, friendships, enemies / lovers, forced proximity, opposites attract, engaging and realistic characters, humor, witty banter, tension, undeniable chemistry, forbidden workplace romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner.

I enjoyed Clifton and Emma’s story. Clifton is everything she despises – he’s reckless, arrogant, and spoiled. He always gets into trouble, and his dad—her boss—is always bailing him out - but not this time. When Clifton winds up behind bars, his dad sends her. It was an intriguing read. The author has given us a heart wrenching story that pulls us into the lives of Clifton and Emma. The story keeps us turning the pages with connection, denial, heartbreak, revelations and steam.
