FRAUD, EMBEZZLEMENT, and MURDER

Jeremiah Simms told his congregation he was going to the Caribbean islands on a mission to preach the gospel.

But did he? Has Simms run off with millions of dollars from the church he founded? Where is he? No one has heard from him.

The church's board sends his wife, Abbie, to look for him in the islands. They charter the yacht Diamantista II as a vehicle for the search. Connie Barrera and her husband, Paul Russo, run the yacht and offer to help Abbie.

At first, Abbie shuns Connie and Paul's aid. Working alone, she discovers that a cult is holding her husband in an unknown location. Desperate, Abbie changes her mind; she needs Connie's help.
