If you read the first book (Impulse Spy) you are past ready to read the fast paced second book in the series (No Feign, No Gain) about almost audiologist Quinn and her best friend PI Sloan. What those two have done to clean up the mob in Norfolk, Virginia is almost unbelievable. This is the second book in a series and in book one Quinn has discovered Sloan who is a PI and Quinn takes delight in learning the "ropes" from her. This book has many plot twists and secrets. I really enjoyed the sequel even more than the original. The characters are well developed. The pace is just right and the mystery keeps you interested til the very end. Another fun read. Some swearing and some suggestive comments but otherwise clean. Some questions are answered. I had hoped this would be the conclusion but it looks another story will be in the making. I look forward to reading is as well. Charlotte2
