Hidden in Paradise has so many twists and turns you may need a map. Mia and Tony are on the case for a cold case that may have ties to one of their past cases. If you have been reading this series you know that under all of the cases that Mia and Tony get involved in there is always the elusive one, the one that started the whole series and they have never been able to resolve. In every book we get hints and new clues about it but the closer we get to the truth the more shocks and twists we get, well, we finally get resolution on this book. That's all I'm going to say about it, don't want to give away much about this ending of the case, you'll have to read the book to found out, but what I can say is that it is unexpected and more so the way Mia and Tony get to close that case.
This book also introduces a new character in the form of a romantic relationship for Mia, but I'm still holding my candle to Mia and Tony becoming a couple.
Can't wait to read the last book on the series and found out the new case for this pair of FBI agents and if they are finally going to realize that they are made for each other. Caroline 'relaxing with my rescue dogs'2,168 34

I am finding it hard to describe this genre, I would say cosy but the issues that they discuss are intense, this one especially which leads onto the next book so I wont spoil it.
The characters are well developed, it is interesting how new people are being brought into it but you know it is not going to be as simple as that. But I do miss games night.

Thea’s was book 6 in the Mia Storm FbI series. She and her partner continue to investigate the human trafficking case. When a serial killer she put behind bars contacts her from prison, little does she realize he has information helpful to her case. And starts MIA and Tony into a new investigation I two gruesome family murders. This is such an intriguing series and I am looking forward to the next one being released! Michael Curry51

NOT AS MUCH A THRILLER

This Mia Storm book was good but not great! Sometimes it dragged on but I still was interested in the characters because I felt I knew them from previous books. I the way Cara writes. It flows well! Karin Tillotson1,014 4
