Cap Daniels makes me laugh out loud. That said, I laughed out loud in many places in this, his newest sparkler. I may have laughed, but I also got extremely worried about the team, what they were going and the ramifications of it all. The story is stark. As has been a standard set by the previous 21 books, Cap spins a tale that keeps the pages turning ever so quickly. I don’t write that recap any of the story line so the new reader can experience it first hand. Just suffice to say I cannot wait for the next one coming after the 1st of the year. After taking time off from reading to pursue studying for my Ham license I returned to reading. Diamond Chase is absolutely fantastic and has brought me back into the series with a great story.
