Sinopsis

Brynhild Freysson, sister of powerful Viking chief Ulfric Freysson, has had enough tragedy and disappointment in her life to last for quite a while. But when Ulfric brings back captives from across the sea, she cannot help being drawn to the tall, handsome Celtic warrior Taranc.
When a misunderstanding leads Ulfric to believe that she has betrayed him, Brynhild quickly finds herself living in exile in Taranc’s village. But though her attraction to him grows by the day, can she ever truly love someone she would only recently have considered an enemy?
