Heartbreaking and chilling, yet so heartwarming.
Grayson's story was so hard to read, yet I found it very hard to put down the book. This child lived such a tragic and traumatic life it's a wonder he didn't turn into the cruel and dangerous child his father wanted him to be. Thankfully he was able to make friends with some very special people who helped him realize he deserved to be loved, not hated and abused by those who were supposed to take care of him.
This was an amazing story, one I think will stay with me for quite some time. James Smith15
Spellbinding
I found myself drawn into what seems to be a story of ugliness, but yet kept finding such redeeming elements in it that I couldn't stop reading it. I can't reveal the ending, but let me say it was a beautiful reward for reading through the descriptions of unbearable cruelty. Extremely well-written. Robin R Guthrie5
WOW!!!
What a great book! My soul literally ached for this child, but what really did it for me was the important and life changing interaction between Calvin and Grayson in the hospital. PTL always! missy correia5
Intriguing story
Grayson is the story of a truly abusive relationship between a father and his son.
The father is a psychotic serial killer, a truly sick individual. Grayson overcomes the abuse and guilt of his inability to stop the murders. Lynette26 1 follower
