Sinopsis
Este libro reconstruye cómo un grupo de reformistas laborales del siglo XIX se apropió y radicalizó la tradición republicana. Estos «republicanos obreros » derivaron su definición de libertad de una larga tradición de teorÃa polÃtica que se remonta a las repúblicas clásicas. En esta tradición, ser libre es ser independiente de la voluntad de los demás; ser dependiente es ser esclavo. Tomando prestadas estas ideas, los laboristas republicanos argumentaban que los trabajadores asalariados no eran libres debido a su abyecta dependencia de sus empleadores. Los trabajadores de una cooperativa, en cambio, se consideraban libres porque controlaban su trabajo de forma igualitaria y colectiva. 4 stars “I have loved. you since before I knew what love was. I have dreamed of you since I knew what dreams were. You are the air I breath. The beat of my heart. Help Me Remember was such an intriguing book and one you won’t want spoiled! I love books this, where the romance is obviously a huge part, but there is a whole different storyline too. Trying to figure something out, memory loss, murder, suspense, and can I just say that I was thrilled to see my favorite Corinne couple make an appearance?
Brielle wakes up to find out her brother has been killed and she’s the only eye witness. The problem? She suffered an injury during his murder and has now lost three years worth of memories. Who killed Issac? Why? And who was her fiancé? Apparently she has a secret one that know one knew about, or at least no one is telling her…. she has to discover these things on her own.
As her memories start to come back itÂ’s so important theyÂ’re not tampered with. Issac had three best friends that are there to help her. Spencer, Emmett, and Holden.
