Great starter book to the new “Candara Dragon Ops” Series. Lots of steam, wit, and action can be found in this story. Theirs was a “once in a lifetime” love. Cyrus and his Ops group came 8 years previously to where Lena and her daughter Rose lived to get information about a Dragon prophecy. Just when Cyrus was ready to propose, his father, the Alpha, forced him to return home-shattering both their worlds. Cyrus is back, now Alpha himself,to protect Lena and Rose from new threats.
