Sinopsis

What has given Greg an obsession with suicide?
Why is Helen afraid of her past catching her?
When did Phillip start to collect useless trinkets?
Who in the government want all three dead?
When journalist Helen Taylor lands her dream job on a national newspaper, she could never have imagined that her first assignment would become her worst nightmare.
Travelling to France for a simple story, Helen encounters Phillip, a puzzling Englishman who avoids contact with anyone. When she meets him, she feels there is something dark about him, which may provide her with a major scoop.
Greg, an out-of-work journalist, also arrives in the village asking questions about a missing man. With the appearance of two journalists, one English family fears they are being hunted for the secret they hold.
So when Her Majesty’s Government stretches its merciless talons across the English Channel, Helen and Greg have to work together to discover just what has been hidden in the village.
As they begin to uncover the facts, their own suppressed secrets start to emerge. They both learn that when your past comes back to haunt you, nobody around you is safe...M.F

Yes, I am the author of Sleeping Malice, so anything I write here can be totally ignored. I just hope that if you do decide to purchase my book, you enjoy reading it. If you do read it, I would love to hear you opinion of what I have written.

P.S. Why did I only give it four stars? In everything we do, there is always room for improvement.2 s Ian Craig12

OK but disappointing after reading The Reluctant Detective

This was OK but not a patch on the Reluctant Detective series
Quite poor writing, grammar at times and not well edited1 C I KESZEI219 1 follower

Outstanding thriller - hints of Dexter

Absolutely superb work.

My second Spalding non-humourous work and truly engaging.

No spoilers, but there are hints of Dexter in here and enough twist to make a Curly Wurly jealous.
